Job Title: Management Consultant
Salary: £45,000.00 per year.
Working hours: 30 hours per week, with 1-hour unpaid break
Expected Start date: 02 February 2026

Job Duties:
- Conduct analysis and carry out required research to understand the organisation goals and set optimal targets.
- Serve as the principal point of contact for senior client stakeholders, providing objective, data-driven advice on strategic decisions and challenges.
- Oversee projects and clients agreements from planning to execution.
- Lead the design and implementation of detailed Hospitality Service Blueprints.
- Implement recommendations or solutions and ensure client receives the necessary assistance to carry out the activities for F&B and event logistics.
- Review and advise on vendor sourcing and contract negotiation process, ensuring commercial terms and Service Level Agreements are robust and aligned with clientneeds.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation plans to address potential operational failuresor regulatory challenges.
- Hire, train and manage the business team to align with the company’s objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or advanced Diploma in business is preferred.
- Previous experience in management consulting, operations management, business adviser or business strategist preferably in hospitality or F&B fields.
- Multilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (verbal and written) to engage effectively with international clients and partners. Additional Language is a plus.
- Strategic problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to lead diverse project teams and communicate complex operational concepts to the team.

Job Duties:
- Design and run targeted digital campaigns and manage the marketing workflow.
- Oversee the company’s brand messaging and external communications, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Analyse competitor activities and identify key opportunities.
- Develop, manage, and execute the marketing plans for international and national clients, including setting quarterly objectives, targets, and budgets in line with the Clients goals.
- Plan and manage the production of all content and supporting content to drive organic traffic.
- Conduct in-depth market research for the company and clients’ products, services, or brands for different cultures and backgrounds. Work directly with clients to define brand positioning, develop strategic marketing plans, and create social media guidelines tailored to the clients target demographic and business objectives.
- Manage proactive and reactive media communications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, commerce or equivalent.
- Previous experience as Marketing Manager is a must.
- Multilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (verbal and written) to engage effectively with international clients and partners
- Experience of work with clients in the Gulf area or middle east.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to reach multicultural and multilingual audiences.
- Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
